They really need to get their $100 minimum on their web presence. I wanted to support a local business and wasn't aware until I walked in and saw the sign. Go to Grainger. I got what I needed way cheaper and same day. Thanks for wasting my time, Empire!
Great knowledgeable staff with good belting products
Horrible woman on the phone - she cut me off mid-sentence and I didn’t even get to speak whatsoever. She then proceeded to correct how I decided to explain our situation and transferred me without even letting me speak again. Mark, however, was very kind. Unsure why they let her answer the phone and deal with people if she doesn’t like to speak with others. Bad for business.
