Some guy stood out blocking the street for an hour, so that made it all the more frustrating when I finally walked in and the security guard told me they don’t serve members in person! Ive decided I’m switching to Cigna. I’m sure I’ll get good service there.
I went up the escalator, I know it was stopped and wasn't supposed to go up it. I misread the sign. Common human mistake. However, I did not appreciate the security guy who decided to be rude. Instead of saying, "You read the sign and still came up here?" (With an attitude). He should've just been nice and said, "For the future, if the escalators are not operating, then please use a different entrance." This kind of attitude toward people can and will make everyday people look to take their business elsewhere.
Not great to live next door. On Easter Sunday they had workers in the park in front of their building using gasoline powered leaf blowers at full volume at 9AM. Every Sunday their workers come into the park and leaf blow with gasoline powered devices. Their HVAC system sounds like a jet engine going off.
They send SPAM requesting opt-in to their ROBO-calling. No ID. No way to know who the message was from. When you follow the link ASK YOU CAN DO IS OPT IN!!! Ridiculous. I'm contacting the Oregon Insurance Commission. Get rid of companies link this.
The only thing cambia is innovative about is finding creative ways of getting out of paying for healthcare. Don’t expect Regence BCBS to respond you your appeals; Regence isn’t really part of BCBS anymore. Don’t expect The State Oregon insurance division to help you, either. There is a reason The State doesn’t want to help people with employer funded plans. They are in bed with them financially to help pay for OHP. Don’t think that’s fair that you pay $5,000. Out of pocket, plus massive copays and still can’t get basic services anyone on OHP or Care Oregon qualify for? Tough. Keep paying your “Cadillac Health Tax to Oregon”. Millions depend on YOU!
