Doesn't matter which Ryan you're working with this may be a smaller shop but their work has always been exceptional and the way they treat customers legitimately feels like working with a member of your family. Don't expect to hear anything sugar coated or up-sold, they're polite yet exceedingly forthcoming with what they find and what they suggest. communication has always been direct with reasonable recommendations ie. These are all the issues we found. These issues youre gonna wanna get squared away soon but these other issues can wait if needed and not really hurt you. This is a company built by solid reputation and it shows in their work and communication

I’m very particular about who works on my car, but Ryan truly knocks it out of the park. He’s thorough, listens carefully, and keeps me updated throughout the entire process. He recently handled a major job, and his communication was outstanding every step of the way. I highly recommend him—something I don’t say lightly!

Ryan is an excellent mechanic! I have known him for 10 yrs plus. He is honest and will go the extra mile! If something else is worn out which is not part of original issue, he informs you instead of putting it back to gather and have you come back and charge you again!

I drive a 2012 Audi A6 3.0. Ryan and his coworker are top-notch. Quality work at lower prices than some of the bigger garages. They were always open and willing to answer any questions I had on the car and future upgrades. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fair garage with quality work for you VW/Audi.

Ryan is awesome! I've had a lot of work done here over the last couple months and I've generally been consistently satisfied (and I'm picky about my car). Ryan was available and willing to address any concerns I had; he picks up the phone and is quick to reply to texts/emails. Best I can tell, he really cares about these cars and his customers. I would 100% go back again. ARC is transparent about pricing and it feels fair for the scope of work of which the shop is capable. The motorsport alignment and corner balance I received made a clearly apparent improvement in the cars handling and consistency. Other significant and complex work like installing a mechanical LSD and timing chain/system replacement have come out correct the first time with no issues.
