Mohammad was great, I was able to call the night before, he was able to come at the start of the morning, and get my car towed quickly, not to mention is a friendly, upbeat guy to interact with on a stressful day. I highly recommend his services and American Eagle Towing Services!
Excellent service! I was highly impressed by both the top-notch professional service and the caring, pleasant customer care. Mahamed was a ray of sunshine on a pretty nasty, rough night. When you’re down on your luck with a broken vehicle in the pouring rain, it’s incredibly comforting to have someone sympathetic arrive to help save the day. He was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. His upbeat personality and top-notch service were truly next level. A+++ all the way! Without a doubt the best towing company in the area. He was on top of it and on time and kind and did everything in his power to make this possible for me at one of the worst times in my life. I don’t care where I am in the state or how much it costs, I will only be using this tow company.. it is rare to find kind people anymore and especially ones to help u out when it cuts their pockets short. Mohammed was able to tow my car back to my house after AAA left me stranded for 4.5 hours on a 97 degree day. He was very courteous and efficient. He was very cautious loading/unloading my 1950 Chevy Styline on/off the flatbed. Anyone should welcome him picking up their car. Definitely recommend Mohammed(sorry if I misspelled your name) and American Eagle Towing.
