These are busy people, these are difficult times. Contracting for the police department is not business as usual. People from all walks of life come in under circumstances that dont bring out the best in others. The service and administrative details conducted are complex at times. Inconvenience may be what the staff may be having for lunch not to mention odd hours and late nights securing the vehicles we want back. In this day and age, with all of the above in this day and age Scott and Dave did it all and were so down to earth throughout the entire process that I was able to make arrangements and conduct the retrieval of my vehicle in a manner that felt like we were kin. So many reasons to have assumed the worst and let me take a number, or come back later, or double up on my fees, but that's not how it went. I cannot express well enough how professional and considerate these people were to me and my situation. Words like above and beyond come to mind. Patience, understanding, communication, transparency and earnest conflict resolution where disappointment, confusion and anxiety had been. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
